The mechanic is fun, the levels are fun, and the humor is absolutely hilarious.

This is one of my favourite games on itch!

Thank you!

i cant walk

Sorry to hear that. Were you playing in browser? Fullscreen or not? Were you using WASD or controller?

Its fixed now. Just reloaded the page. Cool game tho :)

Glad to hear it!

Are you a paraplegic?

are you?

(+2)

and, do you plan on releasing a native Linux build?

(+1)

That, sir.. Is an important question, and you freakin´ nailed it.. thus capturing zeitgeist of today's future.
Or in other words, I too would like to experience hearing the dev's correct answer.

(+1)

i finally did it! a 1:16 speedrun!

I really hope there's an update that adds more levels, already I can't get enough of this game 🤤
Oh, and possibly a speedrun timer built in!
(+1)

I've included Stretch Mancer in a compilation of games from the Ludum Dare 54 game jam @ 0:00

Love the thumbnail! Thank you for playing!

(+3)

Top-notch, enjoyed every moment of this, and genuinely very funny writing and voice acting. Well done everyone!

(+2)

Secrets? The little drawings? It'd be nice if the game gave you a counter (eg, 7/10) that shows how many you pressed on.

Either way, this was fun!

Yes, the little elephant drawings, nice suggestion! There is one in each level. Thanks for playing!

Thanks for sharing!

(+1)

Great mechanics and a fun story, it would be nice to see it developed further!

(+1)

Just wanted to say the game is awesome and I hope you make more stuff for it :)

(+1)

This was very cool

(+1)

very coolg game!! i cant imagine how hard it was to program such a novel concept, but it was very well executed!! 10/10 and the plot and voicing was amazing

(+1)

Good game!

Walkthrough:

(+1)

Can we get a downloadable version?

Yes you can! Windows build available now

thank you! :)

(+1)

What a fun concept. Could definitely be expanded on too. Love the characters and voice acting.

Wondering if I found a secret ending or the real one though...

(+1)

Where's the download button?

(+1)(-1)

at the very top in the middle of the photo theres a play button, not sure if its "available" for download

(+1)

There's now a windows build available for download. But yes you can play in browser :)

I got stuck in the ceiling and could not move anymore. 😞

(+1)

Super fun! I don't know why, but I have been having fun playing it multiple times and trying to speed run it. Because of that, I noticed that the controls on releasing the stretching can be helpful, but it might be nice to have a way to just let go because sometimes I would get stuck clicking when I was tying to stretch something new, not the old one. I would also get stuck if I was standing next to a wall, it would stop stretching which makes sense for several cases, but sometimes I was not going to get crushed, but I would still get stuck and could not stretch.

It might be fun to have a speedrun timer in the game for replayability, but that might just be me - I loved this game!

(+1)

I like it, the concept is incredible

(+1)

yeah this is awesome.
